Shipping policy
1. Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are as smooth as the jawline you're about to have! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
2. Processing Time: Whether you’re in the next town over or the other side of the planet, we’ll work our magic to get your Jawline Jaw Exerciser to you ASAP! All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your jaw-toning treasure as it journeys to you. You can follow your package like a detective following a trail of jawline clues!

6. Damages: Hello Zyla is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
